Established in 2009 by Colin Fryers and Sam Connolly, Colcon Engineering Ltd is a provider of top quality products to the commercial, industrial and architectural sectors in the UK and Ireland. Located in modern premises outside Dungannon, Northern Ireland and just off the MI motorway (Junction 14) the company is centrally located for supply and distribution through major road networks, ports and airports.

Colcon can supply a wide range of bespoke Architectural Products including Aluminium flashings, guttering and bull noses. Investment in a new CNC Durma Breakpress provides accurate and precise angles in every bend. This coupled with trained and experienced staff allow the company to offer a wide selection of quality products and top customer care.

The company also offers a comprehensive service for the design, manufacture and installation of Structural and Architectural Steel products to the Construction Industry. These include steel framed structures, staircases, balconies, canopies and balustrading. All these can be designed on Strucad 3D modelling and Autocad packages by our inhouse draughtsmen.

In its first 2 years the company completed a number of contracts for 'blue chip' contractors including McLaughlin&Harvey, McMullen Architectural Systems, Walsin Window Systems and Multi Roofing. Colcon are currently working on the Royal Victoria Hospital extension in Belfast for McLaughlin and Harvey valued at £250,000 and rising. We folded fabricated and supplied the Aluminium flashings to Multi Roofing (Ireland) for the new Enniskillen Hospital. Recently Colcon secured its first contract with McAleer&Rushe to supply a steel canopy and railings for a hotel development near Heathrow Airport. The company has a very close relationship with glazing contractors such as Walsin and McMullen Systems supplying both with all their Aluminium flashings and Steel brackets.  These items have been used on new projects such as the Obel Tower, Belfast Metropolitan College and Tesco Stores.
